Check that your thermostat is set to cool and that the filter is not clogged. If warm air, weak airflow, or poor cooling continues, book an AC diagnostic so the cause can be checked. Tell us when the problem started and whether it affects the whole home.

Schedule AC repair

The PRIME49 offer is a $49 diagnostic service call for one system. That fee is waived when Prime completes the repair for the diagnosed issue. Repair work, parts, and refrigerant are separate charges. Request PRIME49 through the offer form or mention the code when you call. Review the offer details before booking.

Openings change throughout the day. Call (972) 400-3602 to check the earliest available visit, or check online scheduling. Share your city and whether the system has stopped working. Your appointment is confirmed only when the scheduling team or booking system confirms it.

Start with the diagnosis and repair cost. Compare that with the system’s condition, repeat breakdowns, warranty coverage, and the full cost of a replacement. Age alone should not make the decision. Ask Prime to walk through the options, including the Amana S-Series, before choosing.

A tune-up is for a working system. The PRIME69 seasonal offer is $69 per system for a weekday tune-up, subject to the posted terms. If your AC or heat is not working, choose a diagnostic service call so the problem can be identified first.

Ask for the current lender terms before applying. Compare the APR, fees, payment amount, number of payments, and total cost. Ask how any promotional period works. Financing availability and approval depend on the lender; contact Prime for the terms offered for your project.
