one eligible small repair whose full undiscounted retail price is $300 or less per household per 12-month period. This benefit is shared by the household, not repeated for each system. It has no cash value or rollover and is not a credit toward a larger repair. Prime Preferred + members never pay a service-call fee. Your $69 fee is always waived whenever you need us—even if no repair is completed.
Equipment installation and financing are excluded. Member savings do not stack with another discount or a promotional bundle that includes complimentary items. Prime confirms the eligible work and final written quote.

Choose repair when your AC or heat is not working as expected. Maintenance is for a working system’s routine care. For a new system, request an installation consultation so Prime can review the equipment match and complete project. If you are unsure, describe the symptoms and tell us whether your home is heating or cooling.
Check that your thermostat is set to cool and that the filter is not clogged. If warm air, weak airflow, or poor cooling continues, request an AC diagnostic so the cause can be checked. Tell us when the problem started and whether it affects the whole home.
