Offers are available to new and existing Prime customers, subject to the displayed equipment, service area, project scope and offer dates. Tell us the selected offer code when requesting your written quote. One Prime-funded promotional discount, credit or complimentary item per household and project; offers cannot be combined with other Prime coupons, credits or financing discounts except components expressly included in the displayed combined offer. Prime confirms the selected offer, included work and any savings in writing before approval. Prime Preferred members receive 10% savings on eligible duct cleaning, indoor air quality, original APCO-X, Prime1 UV and other non-equipment work. For flex duct, we check the inner liner before recommending a method; damaged or deteriorating sections may need replacement.
Review which supply and return ducts, registers and other components are included. Confirm the method, access requirements and complete price before approving the work.
Ask to see the accessible areas after cleaning and discuss anything that needs separate attention, such as damaged ductwork, leakage, filtration or moisture.
The right service for the right reason
A dusty grille alone doesn’t tell the whole story. We can discuss whether the concern points to duct cleaning, a filter issue, an air leak or another HVAC service.
Duct cleaning isn’t needed on a fixed schedule for every home. It also doesn’t correct damaged ducts or an ongoing moisture problem.

No. Dust and airflow concerns can also involve filters, leaks, duct design, equipment or moisture. Cleaning addresses accumulated debris; other findings may need a different service.
No. UV equipment does not physically collect dust. Keep the filter and cleaning plan appropriate for your system; consider UV separately for the function and location specified by its manufacturer.
