For a current, itemized written quote from a licensed and insured HVAC contractor for the same owner-occupied single-family home in Prime’s service area. Prime must verify an apples-to-apples match in equipment brand and model or documented equivalent product tier, capacity, matched efficiency, materials, installation scope, permits, taxes, parts and labor warranties, and payment terms. Differences or missing details must be resolved before approval. Once Prime confirms the comparable quote qualifies, Prime will match its verified installed price and beat it by $500 on the written Prime proposal. Request review before purchasing. Applies once per qualifying project; cannot be combined with UPGRADE500 or another discount unless Prime approves it in writing. Abby’s review is preliminary and does not approve a match, guarantee a price, or book an installation.

Prime furnace replacement projects range from $7,000 to $12,000. We offer Amana ARVT80 80% AFUE and ARVT96 96% class options; specific ARVT96 models are rated up to 97.5% AFUE. Your model, installation access, venting and other required work determine the written price. This is furnace-only pricing, not a complete AC replacement.
Prime system projects range from $15,000 to $30,000+, depending on matched equipment, efficiency, installation requirements and project scope. This is a planning range, not a fixed price or cap. A coil-and-condenser replacement is priced separately for the equipment and work being retained or replaced. Your Prime designer provides the written installed total.
Yes—when Prime verifies that a current written quote qualifies as an apples-to-apples comparison, Prime will match it and beat it by $500. Equipment brand, product tier, capacity, efficiency, materials, installation scope, permits, taxes, warranties and payment terms must be comparable. Submit the quote before purchasing; Prime confirms eligibility in writing. The offer does not automatically stack with other discounts.

We focus on the equipment match, installation details, startup checks and quality-control follow-through—not just the equipment cabinet. Ask your designer to document the scope and coverage in your proposal.
Our tools use four comparison points in this order: 14, 15, 17 Amana S-Series and 19 Amana S-Series, on a SEER2 basis. Exact installed efficiency depends on the AHRI-rated equipment match. The 14 point is a comparison baseline, not an offer to install equipment below regional requirements. Amana S-Series is rated up to 19 SEER2.
