A tune-up is for a working system. The PRIME59 seasonal offer is $59 per system for a weekday tune-up, subject to the posted terms. If your AC or heat is not working, choose a diagnostic service call so the problem can be identified first.

The PRIME49 offer is a $49 diagnostic service call for one system. That fee is waived when Prime completes the repair for the diagnosed issue. Repair work, parts, and refrigerant are separate charges. Request PRIME49 through the offer form or mention the code when you call. Review the offer details before requesting service.

Prime Preferred is Prime’s AC and heating membership. Talk with our local team about seasonal maintenance, current member benefits and the right coverage for your home.

Call (972) 400-3602 to check the earliest available visit, or send an online service request. Our team answers calls 7 AM–10 PM daily; after-hours calls go to our AI answering service. Share your city and whether the system has stopped working. Same-day visits depend on availability. An online request does not reserve a visit; Prime confirms the appointment with you.

Have your service address, a contact number, and a short description of the problem ready. Note thermostat messages, unusual sounds, and when the issue began. Share any recent repairs, and make sure the equipment can be reached safely for the visit.

Prime Preferred is $25/month. Prime Preferred + is $49/month for all residential systems at one enrolled home. Review included visits, filters, repair coverage, savings and the full agreement before enrolling. Existing signed agreements remain in place.

Prime Preferred + includes this benefit: One eligible small repair with a total price of $300 or less per household per 12-month membership period. Prime confirms eligibility before work. Prime Preferred + members pay $0 in service-call fees on every visit to their enrolled home. The $69 service-call fee is always waived, whether or not a repair is completed. Repair work beyond the included benefits is quoted separately. This benefit is shared by the household, not repeated for each system. It has no cash value or rollover and is not a credit toward a larger repair. Equipment replacement and other repairs are quoted separately. Review which member savings apply before approving work.
