Prime does not service homes with active third-party home-warranty coverage, even for self-pay work. Prime services eligible owner-occupied single-family homes and does not work with renters, landlords, property managers or commercial properties. Manufacturer equipment coverage and Prime’s own repair warranty are different; contact the office about an existing Prime repair or installation.

Contact the office with your service address and the visit or invoice reference if you have it. Explain what changed and when. The team can review the records and applicable written coverage; a new request does not automatically create a warranty approval or confirmed appointment.
